Cannon Dial Elm Club Pen and Ink Drawing Digital Print. This building on Prospect Street in Princeton, NJ was built in 1915 from local stone. FREE SHIPPING I worked on this drawing over a period of three years while my daughter was a student at Sewanee. I took it with me for Parents' weekends or home lacrosse games and sat in the center of campus drawing the building when I had a free moment. It is a beautiful building completed in July of 1959.

The tower is primarily based upon that of the University Church at Oxford University, England. The vaulted ceilings are designed principally from the models of the medieval French cathedrals Chartres and Amiens. The rose window is based upon that of the south transept of Notre Dame de Paris in France.

The Wrinkled Egg is a picturesque country store in the historic town of Flat Rock, NC, home of the famous Flat Rock Playhouse. The Flat Rock Village Bakery, housed in the same building, is a must-try for baked goods and cafe' fare in a relaxed setting. Ogunquit Playhouse, built in 1937, is on the National Registry of Historic Places. Located in Ogunquit Maine, this is one of the last remaining summer theaters which still produce musical theater. I created this drawing for a young couple who met here onstage in 2017 and recently got married. What a sweet story! I am making prints available. 11" x 14" or other sizes available upon request.
